If teaching reading, They may try to use a variety of resources – news articles,

journals, dialogues, stories, podcasts – but with the same theme. This will increase the kinds of vocabulary that students are exposed to (expressive vs. written, for example).

Clustering technique has several rules and they must be obeyed by the students. One of the rules is that the students should start writing the topic in the top or the center of a blank page and make a circle around it. Then, students write whatever comes to mind that associated with the main topic, it is called sub topic. After that, students make a circle again on the subtopic that has discovered and connected it with a line between the topics with the sub topics. Then, after the subtopic is made,

students write again whatever comes to mind that associated with the sub topic (which is still related with the main topic), and make a circle around it, also connected it with a line for every idea that has discovered.
