The graph highlights the amount of fish and various kinds of meat namely, beef, chicken and lamb which were consumed in a country in Europe over 25 years between 1979 and 2004. Units are measured in grams per person per week.
Overall, chicken reached the highest point out of other options despite beginning of the lower point. Whereas beef lost its consumption throughout the periods.
In 1979 chicken was the third degree consumed product which measured about 149 grams and at the end of the period it was by far the highest of all around 250 grams respectively. Beef saw a decrise (100 grams) in 2004 although it was the highest in the beginning with about 210 grams
Regarding lamb was consumed 150 grams in 1979 and then declined year by year. Furthermore, fish was the lowest of all products and remained stable by the end of the years
