On cloud nine (adjective phrase): to be extremely happy, in Uzbek it will be – еттинчиосмондаучмоқ.

Example:I met this amazing girl at the bar last night. I am on cloud nine now! – Кеча кечкурун барда мен бу хушчақчақ қизни учратдим. Мен еттинчи осмондаман.

Example:She’s always on cloud nine. I wonder what makes her so happy.- У ҳар доим еттинчи осмонда учади. Мен хайронман нима уни бу қадар бахтли қилмоқда экан.

Steal someone’s thunder (verb phrase): to take away the attention that people would normally give to someone else. Imagine this: if you go to a wedding and you dress up even prettier than the bride, you are stealing the bride’s thunder. Or if it’s somebody’s birthday but you announce that you are getting married, you also steal that person’s thunder, in Uzbek it will be – ҳаёлниўғирламоқ, чалғитмоқ.

Example: Stop stealing my thunder! It is mine birthday! Mine!- Мени ҳаёлимни чалғитманг. Бу менинг туғилган куним.

Tip: You can also use this phrase to say that somebody takes a way another person’s authority. For example, if the vice-captain of a team talks to the press all the time, we can say that he is stealing the thunder from the team captain.
