- 87% of students say that the main part of the training is carried out through educational television programs. For 6% of students, mobile tutorials are the primary teaching method, and 5% of students learned through assignments given by a tutor or teacher.

- The high level of access to television and television programs in homes (more than 91%) partially explains the large-scale training through this system. 70% of homes have smartphones and about half of them are connected to mobile internet. 17.5% of respondents have a personal computer or laptop, and 8% have a wired home Internet connection.
