The sample writing has a clear organization and a logical
paragraphing: an introduction, an overview, and two body
paragraphs. Passive and active voices are appropriately practiced;
sequencing words and phrases are frequently used to enhance the
writing’s cohesion and show different steps. A few “non-defining
relative clauses” are added to help meet the word limit.

Flowcharts
As mentioned earlier, flowcharts are quite similar to diagrams as they show

steps in flowcharts are described using simple words and short phrases.
