The diagram below shows how coffee is produced and prepared for sale in supermarkets and shops.

The diagram illustrates the process of coffee production and preparation for trade in marketplaces.
It is noticeable that there are 11 stages in this process, starting with picking the coffee beans and ending with packaging.
To begin with, the ripe coffee beans are collected by people from coffee field and dried in the sunny days. After that, these beans are roasted and cooled briskly. Then, the frozen coffee beans are broken or pressed into very small pieces by grinding machine, and it is blended with hot water then strained the mixture following stage.
At the next phase of this process, as a result of extreme cold temperature the strained mixture freezes. Consequently, again, it is grinded by a grinder then, it is being dried in a vacuum until the water is out. Ultimately, the ready-made coffee powder is put into jars in order to be ready to delivery for shops and markets.
