Introduction
After gaining independence, our country pays special attention to education. After gaining independence in 1991, a number of changes were made in the field of education.Examples include the Law on Education, the National Training Program, and other laws and regulations. In addition, article 41 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan also states that "Everyone has the right to free general education".As for the essence of the Law on Education, this law defines the rights, freedoms and duties of every person in our country to education. For example, Article 1 of the Law on Education deals with the content of this law:[6’76]" This Law determines the legal basis of training, education, professional training of citizens and is aimed at providing constitutional right of everyone on education The President of our country Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasizes that the future of independent Uzbekistan is in the hands of young people, and therefore we, the youth, must work hard. " We are all aware that an important role in the development of our countries is played by young people, who constitute the majority of the population in the region. Today, when all over the world the struggle for the minds and hearts of the young generation continues, we need to educate our youth, on whom the future of Central Asia depends, in the spirit of patriotism, respect for national and universal values" [2.18].
