The chart below shows how frequently people in the USA ate in fast food restaurants between 2003 and 2013.

The bar graph illustrates the frequency of consumption at fast-food restaurants between 2003 and 2013 in the USA.

Overall, most Americans ate at a fast-food restaurant at least once a week over 10 years.
As can be seen from the chart, Americans like eating fast food in stores once a week accounted for the highest percentage in 2006 and 2003 with over 30%. After that, the figures of USA people eating fast food once or twice a month experienced a decrease in 2003 and 2006, which made up around 18%, but in 2013, it reached the peak at nearly 32%.
The proportion of people who had meals at fast food restaurants several times fluctuated from 16 to 20% over the period of time, and these percentages were higher than the figures for Americans eating a few times a year. Daily eaters and those who had never eaten in fast food restaurants before accounted for very small percentages, rising from just 3% to 5%.
