INDEMNIFICATION
Warranties by Users when using Make Money:
you have the power and authority to acknowledge and agree to these 
Terms; you own or control all of the rights necessary to provide the 
information that you provide and to grant the rights and licenses 
granted herein, amongst others, but not limited to the PayPal 
account address provided upon requesting a payout;
you will neither violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations 
yourself when using Make Money, nor cause Make money to violate any 
applicable laws, rules or regulations when using Make Money or 
infringe the rights of any third party;
you solely provide complete, accurate and up-to-date account 
information, which is updated as necessary to ensure that it remains 
complete, accurate and up-to-date.
As Disclaimer, except as expressly provided herein, the Services are

provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, 
express or implied.
Make Money takes no liability or responsibility for the accuracy of 
the Services in the App or Website or the content of any sites linked 
to our Services. Claims of the customer for damages are excluded. In 
line with the Services, users may request a payout to their PayPal 
account upon completion of one or multiple surveys. The payout 
threshold may be freely adjusted by Make Money. After provision of 
the user’s PayPal account details, Make Money sends a money transfer 
to the user’s PayPal account. Make Money may, in its sole discretion, 
decide to adjust or cancel the payout request without further 
reasoning. Likewise, we may decide to terminate the legal agreement 
and deny further usage of the App or Website for any user, including 
the deletion of any remaining claims.
To the maximum extent possible by applicable law, you agree to 
release, indemnify, and hold Make Money, its affiliates and service 
providers, as well as their officers, directors, shareholders, 
agents, employees and representatives, harmless from and against any 
claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including 
tax matters, legal fees and litigation expenses and costs, arising out 
of or relating to or in any way connected with your use of the 
Services. You acknowledge that your earnings on Make Money’s App and 
Website may be considered reportable and taxable earnings in your 
jurisdiction.
