The aim of the research 
extraction of cellulose from local raw materials, 
determination of optimal conditions of urea exposure to the obtained cellulose, 
development of technology for obtaining cellulose carbamate in these conditions 
and production of biodegradable polymer materials based on cellulose carbamate.
