TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
on tuition fees

I hereby terminate the agreement on tuition fees concluded with the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw on 03.11.2021 and I am asking for my removal from the list of students.

The reason for the termination of the contract is could not schedule an appointment in the embassy.
