Not in most eastern countries. (females : yes probably+ show their warm attitude to each other)) (males : not probably – just shake hands) (females with males : no, it may seem very offensive=insulting=making smb upset)

Never. It + Not seem to be a good manner for those who are not acquainted =be acquainted = to know each other)
Do people in your country/ all countries call older people by their names? Why not?
Not in all countries. Usually it + represent disrespect towards the people older than we are. There is an exception in some other European countries where people + tend to call older by their first names.
Do people in your country use more formal language when talking to older people?
No, they don’t probably. (it’s not required to manifest (= show) respect for older people by means of formal language.
Do people in your country a) let their children run around and make noise / b) talk on their mobile when they are in the restaurant
