Abstract:
 It defines the testing terms and describes the procedure for planning 
tests. It also discusses the types of tests and the domains they fall into. It has good 
examples of test items.
Rationale: 
Instructional programs and strategies enable educators to translate 
theories into practice these strategies are therefore master plans for teaching. 
Decisions have to be made about the teaching techniques and resources that will 
be used to ensure effective learning takes place.
