In this picture we can ree two parties with a cheque. The holder of a cheque is Mr.Brown and the other one is payee Mr.Bond. Both have exclussive rights of maturity and they are the makes of a promissiony note.
Mr.Brown sued Mr.Bond for not transfering the sum of money which he had lent. The lender factor his company’s assets when using loans. This cheque is a part of instalment. The principal is sue is that the payee Mr.Bond is paying late with a cheque. This promissony note is an endorsement of this dispute.
