Article requirements:
1. Materials of the conference should be in the form of electronic file formatWord 2007, 2010 (.rtf) Times New Roman, 12 point, 1 cm line spacing, pages with 2 cm on all sides.

2. In the first line, in the middle of the page is written the title of the article in large and bold letters, in the second line - the surname, first name, middle name of the author, in the third line - the place of work, position, scientific degree and rank, e-mail number and telegrams.

3. In 3-4 lines, leaving one interval is given abstract of the article.

4. 6-8 keywords are obligatory after abstract.

5. 5. The main text is written after the keywords, leaving one interval. Line spacing 1.0, the beginning of the line - 1 cm, lines should be automatically adjusted to the width, transferring words to another line.

6. List of references must be after the main text, it must be at least 6-8 literatures, of which 4-5 must be new scientific, published in the last 5 years, of which at least 2 must be foreign literature.

7. References should be inserted in the text, as [1].

8. The volume of the submitted articles should not exceed 5-6 pages. On the file of the article is written the direction code and the name of the author. (For example: 1.Aliev.rtf).

9. Forum materials are accepted in Uzbek, Russian and English languages.

Articles should be submitted in the relevant topics concerning the direction of the forum, based on the authors' own research, scientific analyses and final opinions, covering scientific and practical recommendations, scientifically, technically and stylistically edited, filled out by the author questionnaire. The author is responsible for the content and correctness of these sources. The organizing committee has the right to choose the article. Articles that do not meet the designated requirements and sent in late are not included in the collection and not returned to the author.

Participants should pay 20000 sums compensation for each page of the articles and theses for the publication of conference materials in the form of a collection and implementation of organizational work.
