The essence and functions of finance.
Finance as an economic category The creation of monetary resources in the national economy includes economic relations in the field of their distribution and use.
The development of society, the well-being of the population, the maintenance of peace in the country and so on depend on finance.
Finance is derived from the Latin word "finance" and means monetary settlements. The word finance was first used in Italy in the 13th century, and then in France in the 16th century as the essence of government revenue and expenditure.
Finance is now a monetary relationship in the organization and use of various centralized and decentralized monetary funds as a result of the distribution and redistribution of gross domestic product and national income.
It should be noted that not all monetary relationships are included in financial relationships. In particular, the monetary relationship between civil and retail trade (even in the case of state regulation of retail prices) is not included in the financial relationship due to the state's civil-legal regulation.
