Talented youth of the new Uzbekistan
Talent is a great ability, a high level of ability in a field. It is manifested in the immense growth of perception, imagination, thinking, memory, and observation, in the discovery of new aspects of events, in the complex interrelationships behind them. A person's talent is determined by his or her ability to acquire knowledge, solve theoretical and practical problems, and apply his or her creativity, knowledge, and skills to life. There are various theories about talent. According to them, talent is given by God; passes through heredity; arises through upbringing; the natural, button anatomical-physiological ability in man is formed and developed in certain activities.
Youth is the future of any society. They are, in fact, the greatest wealth of Uzbekistan, a priceless treasure. After all, the youth of new Uzbekistan is the foundation of our future and prospects.
Today, it is significant that in our country, all efforts and opportunities are being used for their perfect mastery of modern science and high technologies, in particular, the establishment of schools for the President and creativity. We can now be justifiably proud of the achievements of young people studying in modern, well-equipped educational facilities.
The fact that Firdavs Abdukayumov, a student at the Presidential School in Tashkent, received a high score on the IELTS program and a $ 96,000 grant to study at John Carroll University in the United States proves the correctness of our short-term path in education.
It is no coincidence that in his Address to the Oliy Majlis, the President put forward the idea that "New Uzbekistan begins at the school threshold, at the education system." Indeed, as the head of our state said, "If we can combine the knowledge and experience of the older generation, the qualities of foresight with the enthusiasm, courage and dedication of our youth, we will surely achieve our goals."
In this regard, today the deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis are actively working to ensure the implementation of the priorities set out in the Petition. In particular, after this historic speech, a number of events were held in the lower house of parliament on the content and significance of the Petition.
The tasks set out in the Address were also discussed at a practical meeting between the factions on "Education and upbringing - the basis of the maturity of the younger generation and the guarantee of the development of our state."
In a cordial and cordial conversation, in addition to the tasks set out in the Address, a number of proposals were made to the draft State Program for 2021, which will contribute to the development of the education system. This is not in vain, of course. Clearly, the unconditional achievement of the goals set out in the Petition requires unity and activism on the part of all of us.
After all, during our meetings with the local population, we have witnessed many times that most school buildings were built in the middle of the last century, the classrooms were old, and there was a lack of classrooms. Therefore, since the power that makes a country strong is science, education and upbringing, it is an urgent task to improve the conditions of schools, which are places of knowledge and spirituality.
The statement said that reforms to radically improve and improve the quality of school education and create decent conditions for teachers will be accelerated. Naturally, the allocation of 2 trillion soums from the budget this year to build 30 new schools, repair 320 schools and improve the material and technical base has touched the hearts of thousands of young people. In order to continue the work started in this direction, the announcement of 2021 in our country as the "Year of Youth Support and Public Health" has given new strength and inspiration to the efforts of young people to demonstrate their potential.
The UzLiDeP election program prioritizes ensuring that Uzbekistan is among the top 30 countries in the world in terms of education and intellectual development. In this regard, we believe that the most important task is to open the way for the private sector to create a competitive environment in the education system.
In our view, the private sector should support the construction of sports, music and art schools for children through public-private partnerships and the rapid development of private services, especially in the field of in-depth teaching of English, computer science, mathematics and other high-demand subjects.
The realization of its enormous potential will certainly pay off in the short term.
In short, if we look at the history of the developed countries of the world, we see that their reforms aimed at changing the life of society began with the education system. The basis of education and upbringing is the school. In this regard, the quality of education in schools should be high, both in the capital and in remote villages
The intellectual type of talent can be divided into two main subtypes. In the first, general mental ability emerges and there is no specialization. In the latter, higher abilities are manifested in a single specific field of knowledge.

Intellectual, artistic, and academic ability can identify a teacher without the help of a psychologist. There are such types of abilities to determine what a psychologist simply cannot do. These include: leadership (or social) ability, psychomotor ability, and creativity.
3. Creativity
The main feature of this type of ability is non-standard thinking. These types of skills are difficult to identify in school practice because standard curricula do not allow gifted children to express their opinions.
4. Leadership (or social) talent
This talent is characterized by the ability to understand other people, to lead them. Leadership talent, according to scientists, means a high level of intelligence and a sense of humor that is no stranger to them.
In life, we are faced with several options for leadership ability. These are emotional leaders (they consult, they love). There are action leaders (they can make decisions that are important to many people).
5. Sports (psychomotor) ability
Athletes are believed to have low mental abilities. But scientists have proven the opposite. Studies have shown that the intellectual abilities of famous athletes are very high. If school students who love sports create the appropriate motivation, they can learn perfectly.
