IV. Why this course?
The knowledge of this course will enable the students to learn about mutation,
various methods of inducing mutations and their utilization in plant breeding. It
will also give in depth knowledge about genomics, allele mining, TILLING, etc. and
their utilization in crop improvement programmes.
