Chinese keys and symbols
The basic writing unit of the Chinese language is the hieroglyph. Each hieroglyph, unlike our letter, has its semantic meaning (hieroglyph nǐ you, hieroglyph hǎo good, hieroglyph ài [ài] love, etc.). Most Chinese words consist of one or two characters (in modern Chinese, two-character words predominate). Learning the keys in Chinese makes it much easier for us to remember the hieroglyphs. Knowing the keys can make also learning Chinese much easier. You can quickly find the characters in the dictionary using the keys. The keys in Chinese are the elements that make up the hieroglyph. Each has its name, number, and consists of one or more features that make sense to the word.
