: Build long-term agriculture sector 
capacity, develop innovative vehicles for dedicated SME financing and provide technical 
assistance to investment funds and other non-banking financial institutions that provide 
equity and working capital finance for SMEs in agricultural value chains. Provide direct 
funding, technical assistance and capacity-building to SME funds as well as surrounding 
ecosystem players (e.g. credit bureaus and data analytics providers).

Project Finance Facility: 
Support value chain strengthening through two activities: i) 
structured finance in syndicate deals with commercial banks and other creditors (e.g.,

infrastructure projects aligned with the ATA’s objectives, and ii) project development and 
other advisory services to increase quality of agricultural infrastructure projects
