Answer: Planning is considered the foundation of management but it is commonly the task that managers neglect most because of following reasons: 1. Extremely troublesome: They discovered trouble in choosing the means expected to achieve an objective request of significance
56. Are you more organized than the person sitting beside you in class? If not, what problems could that present in terms of your performance and rank in the class? How analogous is this situation to rival companies?
Yes, I am more organized than the person sitting next to me in the class. But in case I am not organized the problem that brings in terms of my performance and rank would be the following.
a. The first thing that presents is that it makes small task difficult making me to fall behind schedule
b. This brings lack of concentration
c. And therefore reduce confidence
d. Makes me more dependent on others
e. Makes me non participative
f. Isolate me from organized
g. And ultimately leading me to achieving Zero or lower performance
These are the major problems that set in and reduce my performance there by my rank.

Identifying activities that carry a value from the very first process that begins with to the last process that finally produce the product or sewice to the customer iscalled value chain activities and analyzing these activities is value chain analysis.To initiate and execute value chain activities, each activity or process of the operation shouldbe distinctively identified.
