After such political changes in the country , Movaraunnahr was able to break away from Khorasan and regain its independence. Ismail Somoni, a statesman who united Movaraunnahr and established a strong feudal state, in 900 took Khorasan from the Saffarids and formed a huge state. The caliph was forced to recognize the Samanid state and send a yoris h ini to rule it. At the end of the ninth century, the peoples of Movaraunnahr will be forever freed from the Arab caliphate.
The difficult political situation that shook the caliphate in the late eighth and early ninth centuries forced the Abbasids to change their policies in Mawaraunnahr and Khorasan . One after another, the Tahirid, Saffarid, and Samanid states were formed in Central Asia.

In Movaraunnahr , he soon learned even better Arabic and writing than his mother tongue appeared a knowledgeable man who knew. The local scholar was expelled from his homeland and many students were forced to go to the central cities of the caliphate , Damascus , Cairo , Baghdad , Kufa and Basra , to study and write in Arabic . In governing the state, the Abbasid administration needed many knowledgeable figures, because among the Arabs at that time there were still few scholars who were fit for state work , and those who did were weak.
In the IX-XII centuries, the basis of the spiritual life of the country was the Islamic ideology. The Samanids attached great importance to the development of Islamic ideology. Bukhara has become the most influential center of Islam in the East . Special areas have been allocated for the construction of mosques , madrassas and so on. Arabic language and its spelling were introduced.
