NO OTHER WARRANTY. The express warranties in Section (j) are in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Licensed Software, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, interference with Licensee’s quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third-party rights. Except for the express warranties stated in this Section (j), the Licensed Software is provided “As Is” with all faults, and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, accuracy, and effort is with you. you acknowledge and agree that you have not relied on any oral or written information or advice, whether given by red giant, its suppliers, dealers, distributors, agents or employees.
