Software License Agreement Last Revised: May 31, 2020 this agreement between you and red giant, llc (“red giant”) governs your use of all red giant products

Termination. This Agreement is effective as of the date accepted by you (in accordance with the preamble) and will remain in effect until terminated in accordance with this Agreement (if ever). You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Licensed Software, upon written notice to Red Giant. Red Giant may terminate this Agreement effective immediately upon written notice to you, if (i) you breach any provision in Section (b); (ii) fail to pay any portion of the fees due within ten (10) days after receiving written notice from Red Giant that payment is due; or (iii) you breach any other provision of this Agreement and do not cure such breach within thirty (30) days after receiving written notice thereof from Red Giant. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Licensed Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Licensed Software.
