Man: Good morning. How can I help you?
Woman: Oh hello. I was wondering if you could have a look at my car. 
There’s something wrong with it I think. It takes ages to get it 
going in the morning.
Man: Let me see. Hmmm. That’s strange.
Woman: Well, it’s been like this for about a fortnight, so, I 
thought it best to bring it in and have it checked.
Man: Yes. You were right to do that. There’s something wrong with 
the starter motor I think. Look, leave it with me and I’ll see what 
I can do.
Woman: Alright then. When will it be ready? Can you fix it now?
Man: Uh I’m afraid we’re very busy at the moment. You can probably 
pick it up tomorrow.
Woman: Tomorrow? But I was hoping to do some shopping in town 
tonight. Ah never mind. What time tomorrow?
Man: How about just before lunch - about 11.30?
Woman: Fine. I’ll see you then.
