Tourism industry became one of the developed industries in the world so most countries focus on their tourism. One of the best and demanded spheres of this tourism is Hospitality Indusrty. The main task of Hospitality Industry is giving the service with a good quality. Why is quality of service is so important for customer satisfaction? We will discuss it further.
By talking about sub-sectors, there are 4 main sub-sectors in Hospitality Industry: Food and Bavarage, Travel and Tourism, Lodging and Recreation. First of all Food and bavarage includes everything which relates with eating and accomodation and all of it must be controlled by manager. Food & Beverage (F&B) Management is a sector of the hospitality industry that pays attention on operations in restaurants, hotels, resorts, catering companies, hospitals, hotels, and etc. It includes the business side of food, such as ordering, managing budgets, and planning and costing menus. Manager does lots of things like hiring, training, and managing both front of house and back of house staff. On the customer side, these managers will focus on improving the guest experience with a focus on building loyalty and tends to maintain high levels of standard.Food and Beverage Management is a exagerated and exciting field. Managers rarely do the same thing every day. Instead, their work is related eith finances, staff, customers, and quality control. With an expert in the field on staff, a foodservice establishment can run more perfectly and improve the quality of satisfaction of guests. All in all, Food and bavarage is a main field that guest can get satisfaction and play a huge role in Hospitality Industry.
The next field is Travel and Tourism. The main task of Tourism and Travel is to deal with services related to moving people from place another. Buses, cabs, planes, ships, trains and others all part of the travel industry. There are lots of Travel Agencies im the world and they create all required opportunities that each traveler needs. Moreover there are special vehicles for tourists which include lunch boxes, free wi-fi connection, comfortable seats with a suitable prices. Travel Agencies do everything in order to attract tourists. When the talk is about travel and tourism, it is not confined to leisure or fun. There are both formal and informal travelling include this division. People all over the world travel for business, education, entertainment, holidays, and other purposes. Furthermore, there are tourism sectors with the tourism offices, destination management companies and many tour operators that allow you to explore the destination in different ways. Imagine when arriving in a new country without being able to access a free city map or a list of local bus tours. Tourist may feel culture shock and at that time the tourism sector manages will help to find a proper way or may give you free map. Therefore it is suggested for foreigners to contact with travel agencies before they arrive.
The third sector is lodging. Lodging means staying in accommodation for some period or a place to sleep for one or more nights. Modern hotels, youth hostels, elder hostels, campgrounds, motels and other businesses that provide a place for tourists to sleep overnight are all thet lodging industry includes. By talking in detail, there are types of hotel: motel, bed breakfast, hotel, botel, inn, resorts, serviced apartment and others. All the hotels have the same task which is to give the best service which includes all the needs of guest. There are some rules for hotels. First of all, hotel must give the proper food service. If guest has some allergies to some kind of food it must be asked earlier. The rooms must be clean and must be cleaned every day if guest asks. Moreover, the most crucial one is administrator must be bland with gests especially when welcoming them because the firrst impression will decide whether guest will stay or not. Towels, veils, dishes must be clean if it id not it may impact to the quality of the hotel. All in all, if the hotel serves good the number of clients for this hotel will rise.
The last one is recreation. Recreation is any activity that people do for rest, relaxation, and enjoyment. The goal of recreation is to refresh a person's body and mind. We know that some people will be tired from the daily work or from boring life so they refresh themselves. Relaxtion an enjoyment is best way for recreation and from my own experience I prefer kinf of attractions because you will forget about ypur problems. It also helps you to live longer. Any business that provides activities for rest, relaxation and enjoyment, to refresh a person's body and mind is in the recreation business.Entertainment businesses which provide shows such as movie or theater, attractions which are places of special interest of visits such as zoos and museums, spectator sports and participatory sports are all parts of the recreation business. From my own opinion, centralised parts of Uzbekistan are full of attractions parks and enjoyment places both for youth and elder people. However they are not as modern as other countries comparing to Singapore Malaysia and etc. Our president SH. Mirziyayev is doing lots of investments to tourism. We hope that our Tourism Industry will be developed in new future.
In conclusion, I would say that as tourism industry is a main source of money and it is benefitical to our budget so we have to focus on this sphere. As we have looked about Hospitality Industry briefly there are for main sub-sectors namely: food and Beverage, Tourism and Travel, Lodging, and Recreation. All of them plays an important role in the Tourism Industry. We know that Uzbekistan is a touristic country and there are lots of hotels. However not all of them fullfil the needs of guests. If the government will more focus to this our tourism will develop and of course it will be profitable for government.
