Should IKEA permanently shift toward e-commerce and close all their physical stores?

I definitely believe that they should not close all their physical stores and shift to e-commerce.
Pandemic in the world today has affected most of the businesses along with IKEA, and we have seen them react to this by supporting their employees as well as the customers. And knowing the fact that the pandemic has slowed down now, and people’s behaviour towards ecommerce has not changed, I still firmly believe that IKEA should always keep their physical stores.
IKEA is all about the experience that customers feel when entering their stores. The whole IKEA concept consists of those colourful vignette-style displays, flat-packed boxes and of course, the meatballs in the café. And these always remain as a key part of IKEA, and have done great in growing the sales. I am not saying that ecommerce is not possible, IKEA can start an app, may launch a 3D platform or may improve their website for the sake of their online business, but I strongly feel that these above cannot deliver the true idea of IKEA to the customers like they do in real physical stores.
