THE SECURITIES MARKET AS A FACTOR IN ACTIVATING THE INVESTMENT

Abstract: This article examines securities and the securities market as a means of attracting 
foreign investment. The stages of formation and development of the securities market in the 
Republic of Uzbekistan are analyzed. The regulatory and legal framework of the securities 
market has been studied in detail, as well as an analysis of the current state of securities in the 
Republic of Uzbekistan.
