Because when a person communicates his purpose through speech, he asks the listener about an event, it expresses emotions, such as command. From the very beginning of the secondary school, information on grammar and grammatical features of speech is provided. One of the main requirements for mother tongue classes in high school is to teach students to express themselves concisely. The student should not use superfluous words in the construction of the sentence, be accustomed to finding and using a word that clearly expresses the purpose, have all the necessary grammatical rules for sentence construction. It is important to use the Uzbek language to summarize the idea. Teaching students to omit a specific word from a given sentence that does not negatively affect the content is one of the most important factors in getting them into the habit of composing a sentence in a concise form. Sometimes repeating certain words in a sentence also increases the effectiveness of the thought. For example: Good intentions are half the state, bad intentions are half the work (proverb). This means that teaching students to use words over and over again, and to use folk proverbs, will also help them enrich their speech and lead to more conciseness.
