NTRODUCTION

In order to communicate effectively, students must be able to speak English fluently. In order to improve students' oral

English skills, different teaching methods are recommended. In oral classes, students must be able to speak English. If students do

not have English proficiency , it will be difficult for them to express their ideas in classroom activities. Therefore, students must

have the ability to communicate and share their thoughts, opinions and explanations in class . Role-playing provides students with

the opportunity to correctly express the appropriate functions of the language in a given role and situation.
