knowledge. This is an important step in the limb process. Therefore, there is an urgent need to further en­
hance the effectiveness and effectiveness of the educational process, and the introduction of ICT in this pro­
cess is of paramount importance. [3, 328p.]
It is well known that today, many modern-day pupils come to the threshold of public schools and are fa­
miliar with and even able to use information and communication technologies in the family. They are really 
born in the age of information, yet without understanding the world, they are seeing modern devices, comput­
ers, and other gadgets, familiar with their functions. In this situation, the most important task of elementary 
school teachers is to give students a first-hand understanding of these devices and their usage patterns. The 
role of the first teacher is important in building the initial capacity of students to choose the right information 
about them. It is important not only to implement ICT in reading, education and training, but also to use ICT in 
primary education, as well as to teach other core disciplines in the curriculum.
Initial teachers need to have the ICT skills to teach them relevant lessons. This is one of the main objec­
tives of the ongoing education system. In the general sense, the potential of information and communication 
technologies implies that a person's ability to use ICTs properly, both in their daily lives and in their profes­
sional activities.
The potential of teachers in ICT is enhanced through their training in this area. Elementary teachers 
should regularly improve their ICT skills and self-education to meet the requirements of the modern education 
system. It is also helpful for teachers to use various online conferences, seminars, and the use of a growing 
number of teacher forums to share experiences with colleagues.
The purpose of the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational pro­
cess is to introduce students to the up-to-date information and techniques, improve their literacy in this field 
and, most importantly, improve their skills in using this information. As a teacher of primary education, I want 
to emphasize that elementary education is the foundation of every single student's knowledge and skills, so 
start with the quality of teaching.' It is the responsibility of the teacher of the inner classes.
An elementary school teacher can be said to be the most universal expert in the field of education com­
pared to other teachers. Its main objectives are to provide students with reading, writing, the basics of mathe­
matical concepts and basic knowledge about the world, as well as the development of their general education­
al outlook and communicative abilities. The use of computer and digital technology is also a great opportunity 
to acquire new knowledge in science. Teaching using digital learning resources can increase the visibility, ap­
peal, and effectiveness of teaching materials, especially for the use of visual aids for the elementary school 
teacher.
In addition, the use of ICT is also important for the organization of various activities. Recently, at our ed­
ucational institution, we held an event dedicated to the "Year of Healthy Mother and Child" and "We are 
healthy children." The event was enriched with the content of the students' knowledge of various subjects, in­
cluding ICT. Students showed performances that demonstrate the benefits and benefits of modern ICTs in the 
education and upbringing of young people. The use of ICTs in the preparation of this event, conducted by el­
ementary school teachers, has made it more enjoyable. [2 ,768p.]
In summary, with the introduction of ICT opportunities, the effectiveness and appeal of the modern edu­
cational process will increase. We should not forget about the standards of use of students, emphasizing the 
importance of expanding students' outlook.
According to IDC estimates, subject to the implementation of all government plans to liberalize foreign 
trade operations, foreign exchange regime and business conditions, the growth rate of the ICT market will be 
on average 30 percent higher than the previous forecast, which did not take into account these measures.
IDC predicts that in five years the ICT market of Uzbekistan will grow by 83.5% compared to 2016, in­
cluding the equipment segment - by 76.9%, software - by 145.2%, services - by 171.5% .
