TO A PROBLEM OF A CHRONIC HEPATITIS AT PREGNANT WOMEN

Material and methods. Scientific data on hepatitis problem in pregnant women have been studied. Results and discus-
sions. Chronic hepatitis is diffuse multiaetiology inflammatory process in a liver, proceeding without improvement throughout 6 
months. Noncarrying of pregnancy at hepatitis observe at 30 %. The heaviest complication according to many authors is the 
bleeding in afterbirth stage and early postnatal periods (3-5%). Bleedings are connected with infringement of components of 
blood curtailing and anticoagulant systems (hypocoagulation, clotplastic activity). It is established that at a heavy current of 
hepatitis can develop DIC (Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation) syndrome at which before hemorrhagic hypercoagulation 
precedes. As a result of oppression of cellular metabolic reactions there are morphological ultrastructural changes in a placenta 
that in turn leads to infringement of phetoplacental blood circulation. As a result malnutrition, hypoxia of the fetus and asphyxia 
of the newborn develops. Considerable frequency of a castling children birth is at the bottom of high perinatal death rate (10-
15%). Tactics of the doctor depends on aetiological factor and disease stage. Planned hospitalization of pregnant women is 
spent at stages of remission of disease in each trimester (preventive maintenance of aggravations of activation of process and 
treatment of fetus hypoxia). In aggravation stages off-schedule hospitalization is spent to a specialized hospital. Terms of

planned hospitalization: - in term of 10-12 weeks for carrying out full clinical laboratory research and the decision of a question 
of prolongation of pregnancy. General health-improving treatment is spent; - in term of 17-19 weeks repeated inspection and 
preventive maintenance of complications; - in term of 26-28 weeks repeated inspection, treatment of accompanying pathologies 
and pregnancy complications; - in term of 37-38 weeks for patrimonial preparation. For the prevention of infection of newborns 
all pregnant women should be surveyed on presence of HBs Ag on early terms and in 32 weeks of pregnancy. Pregnant women 
with a chronic hepatitis and HBs Ag carrier should give birth in specialized branches of maternity homes, with strict observance 
of against epidemiology actions. Conclusion. According to WHO recommendations woman with a chronic hepatitis B and C can 
nurse children. It is thus important to watch integrity of nipples and mucous membranes of a mouth of the child. Thus the 
hepatitis at pregnant women is considered as serious extragenital pathology which demands in due time to solve a question of 
prolongation of pregnancy or its termination in interests of the woman.
