ARC Meeting

Saturday, December 13, 2014

The meeting was called to order at 10:30 am by Dick Schalm. Members present were Bob Blankenship, Dollie Miller, and Syl Lindroth. A quorum was established and the minutes of the previous meeting were approved.

Homeowner Requests:

1. 
   139 Raintree Circle: Homeowner requests permission to remove mulch in left front bed and install vinyl edging and brown river rock. The committee approved this request.
   
2. 
   11 Raintree Circle: Homeowner requests permission to remove all mulch in landscape area and install black vinyl edging and brown river rock. The committee approved this request.
   
3. 
   49 Raintree Circle: Homeowner requests permission to remove crepe myrtle on right side of garage and replace with an East Palatka Holly Tree. The committee approved this request.
   

Old Business:

A cover letter for the addition to the ARC regulations concerning trees and pep tanks was adopted and will be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval. Re-inspections of houses were done on Sunday, December 14^th, 2014, with 13 homes still not in compliance.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:50am.
