“Innovation plays an important role in the economic development of any country. They
also contribute to the solution of a variety of issues, including the possibility
of integrating citizens into various sectors of the economy and the social stability
of society in the face of various adverse events and challenges, including during the period of
economic recovery after the pandemic. A new World Bank-supported project will help the
government develop a national innovation system capable of operating in a market economy. It
promotes cooperation between the state, research organizations and the private sector in the field
of research and commercialization of scientific and innovative products and services.”

A new World Bank-supported project will help the government develop
a national innovation system capable of operating in a market economy. It promotes cooperation
between the state, research organizations and the private sector in the field of research and
commercialization of scientific and innovative products and services.
Of course, if a country wants to be in the first place, it must solve the problems that
hinder the development of successful innovations.
First, businesses need to attract private investors whose main focus is innovation. He is
engaged in the private sector of the economy with public investment activities around the world.
However, in our country, most of the research costs are covered by the state.
Secondly, it is necessary to increase the salaries of scientists and inventors, as well as to
increase the prestige of this field of activity. Due to low salaries in this area, personnel leave the
country, where the work of researchers is many times greater. In addition, there is an
“emigration” of employees without leaving the country, foreign companies create innovations in
our country, conduct research for foreign clients, in connection with which the results of this
work become the property of another state employer. And without qualified personnel in our
country it is impossible to rise to the top and compete with the leading forces.
