CONCEPTUAL FUNDAMENTALS OF ART AND CULTURAL POLICY 

AND ITS IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract:

 Today in the Republic of Uzbekistan a period of rapid development has 

begun, and radical reforms are being carried out in every sphere of society. The result 

of this provard is the expression of man and his interests. In this process, the Action 

Strategy  adopted  in  the  country  serves  as  an  important  guideline.  Socio-cultural 

activities aimed at meeting the cultural needs of the members of the society also play 

an important role in the expression of this document, which embodies the noble idea 

of living in harmony with the present. This is because the socio-cultural activity, which 

is  recognized  as  a  continuous  system,  is  presented  in  the  Strategy  of  Action  as  a 

mechanism for entering the lives of the people.
