Position Purpose:

Based on exact knowledge of market and customer, KAM develop sales in order to fulfil
the target given by the company.

Key Accountabilities and Main Activities:

Forecast Management
-
AP1 forecast & SCI management
-
Increasing accuracy of AP1 by acquiring market data from operator and in cooperation
with PM and Marketing Comm Mgr.
: Weekly P/O checking between GSCM and customer
- Planning and execution in cooperation with PM and Marketing Comm Mgr
- follow-up till payment done through e-office in cooperation with Marketing Comm Mgr.
- Management of sell-out report by gathering PSI information from customer.
- Control AP1 forecast based on PSI information
- Responsible for keeping proper level of stock in the company W/H and customer W/H

Order & Delivery Management
- Keep contact with SCM coordinator to get necessary information in time.
- Responsible for in-time delivery in line with Orderdesk

Sales development
-
Find opportunity with analysis of competitor and market.

Find opportunity with new service or new product.
Ex) DVB-H, Navigation, USB Dongle, 3G, etc

Selection
-
Increase portion of Samsung product in customer’s portfolio.
- Responsible for customer’s evaluation.

AR Management
-
Responsible for clearing AR
OTHER
-
Cooperation with other departments, keeping active information flow to management (distribution/collection of news)

Reporting to local management (2nd line to regional coordinator where applicable)

Responding to any management’s inquiries
