INTRODUCTION (abstract of the PhD dissertation) 
The aim of the research is
to improve the pedagogical system for the 
development of physical culture of pupils through sports clubs. 
The tasks of the research 
are: 
To clarify the pedagogical and psychological features of the development of 
physical culture in pupils; 
Disclosure of the possibilities of sports clubs for the development of physical 
culture among students based on an innovative approach; 
Determination of criteria and indicators for the development of physical 
culture of students by means of sports clubs based on a competence-based 
approach and evaluation of their effectiveness. 
The object of the research 
was the process of development of legal 
consciousness in primary school pupils, which involved in experiments 376 
respondent pupils of the specialized state secondary school № 12 in Navoi city of 
Navoi region, secondary school №16 in Bukhara city of Bukhara region, secondary 
school №.9 in Samarkand city of Samarkand region.
