The buyer will pay to seller as agreed for the goods and all obligations specified in this agreement and the seller shall deliver the goods upon receipt of the first installment and a signed copy of this agreement. If any party failed to act upon the agreement, the legal system will be enforced as per the Sales Act of Bhutan and the Penal Code of Bhutan.
