no deals to open new positions will be copied to the Investor’s account within the framework of this 
Subscription. Deals to close or to partially close the existing positions, which were previously opened due to 
this Subscription, will still be copied to the Investor’s account. No limits are applied to the maximum 
duration of a Subscription in a pause state, or to the number of times the Subscription can be set in this 
state. The Subscription can remain in the pause state until its termination. The Investor will still be 
displayed as an active subscriber of this Trader.

The Investor is able to change a copying mode, the value of an additional parameter, the volume 
rounding settings, and set or unset the pause state for any of their active Subscriptions at any moment. The 
changes are applied to an active Subscription immediately. 
5.
 
Commission calculation 
5.1
 
The CopyFX system automatically calculates and transfers the commission from the Investor to the 
Trader and the Affiliate in accordance with the commission settings specified by the Trader in the 
Conditions and based on the results of the trading operations copied to the Investor’s account. 
5.2
 
The commission is calculated and transferred on Saturdays if the investment period ends in the same 
week in accordance with the Trader’s Conditions. 
5.3
 
The commission is calculated and transferred immediately if the Investor’s active Subscription is 
terminated by the Investor.
5.4
 
The commission is calculated and transferred immediately if the Investor’s active Subscription is 
terminated by the Trader (in the “by request” mode). 
5.5
 
In the "Performance Fee" scheme, an Investor’s results are defined by the total profit received by the 
Investor from all positions copied within the framework of the Subscription since the moment when the 
"Performance Fee" scheme was set in the Trader's Conditions. 
5.6
 
To define the commission amount to be paid in the "Performance Fee" scheme, the system uses the 
"Delta" parameter, which is defined as a sum of the Investor’s profit, the commission for which was not 
paid during previous calculations within the framework of the same Subscription. The final commission 
amount equals the "Delta" multiplied by the commission rate specified in the Trader’s Conditions.
5.7
 
In the "Volume Fee" scheme, the commission amount is defined as a product of the volume of the 
position copied to the Investor’s account in lots and the commission rate specified in the Trader’s 
Conditions. 
5.8
 
In the "Subscription Fee" scheme, the system uses the "Delta" parameter to define whether the 
Investor is charged. The commission amount is equal to the commission rate specified in the Trader’s 
Conditions in case the "Delta" is positive, or is equal to zero otherwise. 
5.9
 
To define the commission amount for the Subscription for the calculation of the Investor’s results in the 
"Performance Fee" and the "Subscription Fee" schemes, the system takes into account all the positions 
copied from the moment of subscribing until the moment of the calculation of the results, regardless of 
whether they are open or closed at the above-mention moment. 
5.10
 
To define the commission amount for the Subscription for the calculation of the Investor’s results in 
the "Volume Fee" scheme, the system takes into account only those positions copied and closed during the
