Aim of study subject –
|
To introduce students with and implement analysis of the political structure and developments of the post-communist states, which have repercussions for domestic policy processes and international standing.
|
Tasks of study program –
|
To study constitutional device, system of control, political parties and forms of the political participation in the post-communist states; to master the theoretical methods of studying the policy of the post-communist states, making political comparison; to show the connection between the political and economic aspects of the development of the post-communist states.
|
Content of study subject –
|

Political regimes and their evolution.

Constitutional device, the relation between the legislation and by the executive powers.

Political parties and goups of interests.
-
Political culture.
-
State and society.
-
The civil authority and the army.
-
The mechanisms of overcoming the national and political contradictions.

Comparison with South Europe and Latin America.
