Introduction
About V.A. Zhukovsky, many scientific works have been written to date, considering it from different points of view. All researchers unconditionally confirm the great importance of creativity and all the educational activities of this poet for the development of Russian romanticism and all Russian literature as a whole. Here is what V.G. wrote about him. Belinsky: "The feat of Zhukovsky is immeasurable and its significance in Russian literature is great! .. A feat to which the reward is not a mere mention in the history of Russian literature, but an eternal glorious name from generation to generation." V.G. Belinsky was one of the first well-known Russian critics and researchers who analyzed the work of V.A. Zhukovsky, who claimed that it was Zhukovsky who "brought romanticism into Russian poetry by imitation and borrowing - the only possible way for literature that had no roots in the social soil and history of its country." V.A. Zhukovsky made a huge contribution to the formation of the poetics of romanticism. In the "musical" lyre-epic of Zhukovsky, the traditions of classicism coexisted with new, romantic principles. The poet basically moved away from the genre of songs stylized as common people, although he moderately used folklore techniques. Romanticizing the genre, he made its psychologism refined, but he also emphasized the philosophical ethical trend more and more. Psychological and ethical capacity distinguishes his ballads - musical, graceful. Ballads occupy a significant place in the poet's work. The song beginning in the poetry of the romantic Zhukovsky is especially sublime, essential. Musical art, focused on capturing consonances, repetitions, hearing sound variations and variants, organizes the poetics of his lyrical epic as a whole. His ballads include, as a rule, different types of repetitions - anaphora, epiphora, lexical, syntactic repetitions, variations of the same figurative, plot motifs within a separate work and the cycle as a whole.
The main material and object of study were the ballads of V.A. Zhukovsky, the subject of research is the poetics of ballads and their place in the poet's work.
