Documents viewed indicator

The documents viewed indicator is a small circle that alternates between red and

green to indicate whether an investigator viewed a document.

Document selection

Investigators use the displayed documents selector to choose the number of

documents that display in the results grid. You can use SELECT ALL to send

documents to a subsequent function and you can send many documents for

processing or visualization. When you select documents by using the displayed

documents selector, you are selecting all documents and not just the documents

present in the grid.
