As the name implies the project is to create 
3D plan/ design to be use for marketing 
purposes. These plans/design have varying 
length, form factors and resolution so we 
broke down our available projects into 
various categories that you’re to choose 
from. The break down is dependent on how 
much work you will have to do to complete 
the project and how much time you’ll have 
before being required to submit the project 
back to us.

Note:
 
You will deposit the security deposit which is onetime payment to start working with us which will be refunded to you 
on successfully completion of your assignment, but will not be refunded if you quit before completion or if you submit your 
project late. This is a policy we put in place to assure that our projects once given out will be handled with the necessary 
guidelines. We have had issues in the past with late submissions or freelancers who have completely abandoned projects. 
submit the work always on time whenever the work has been allotted to you as work will be on regular basis, if you want to 
take break, then you can take break after completion of ongoing project there will be no restriction from our side.

Terms and conditions

Project should be completed within the deadline given by the compa
ny; if you don’t 
submit your project within the stipulated time then you will be disqualified. 
2.
 
If any extra or duplicate file that are no related to the project , your work might be 
rejected. 
 
3.
 
Incomplete files or incomplete project will not be acceptable. 
 
4.
 
Video and Audio should be of high quality. 
 
5.
 
Projects should be strictly confidential; as many clients we serve have varying levels of 
discretion needed.

Fill out and sign where necessary on the basis contact form and contract 
(which will be sent by email). 
 
•
Submit both the basic contact form and contract along with the receipt of 
your deposit via email. 
 
•
You will get your work on your email address within 1-3 hours after 
submission of form. After submission of the first Assignment, next 
Assignment will be given after checking your accuracy and it will take 
almost two days.

Submit the project once completed back to us via email (we reserve the 
right to review and ask for revisions of your submission for a 48 hour 
period)

P
ayment will be made to your Payeer, PayPal, Citi Bank credit card or 
Bitcoin Wallet within 48 hours after the work submission.

You will receive and submit project via Email. 
•
You will send us only soft copy or output files (MP4 or MOV format).

You will be given a script and reference to use in completing your project. 
•
British or American accents should be used in recording the voice overs 
unless specified. 
•
Sound design should be of high quality.
