1.1-- Warm-up activity: Students will be asked to share their experience when they solved the problem in their own home.

1.2—Introduction. Teacher will explain the concept of citizenship and how important to be global.

1.3-- Activity 1. Why-why-why chain. This tool gets learners thinking beyond surface impressions to the underlying causes of any issue. It can be a highly effective way of linking the local to the global with little or no steering by the teacher, other than to keep asking questions beginning with the word ‘why’.

1.4-- Activity 2. Interrogating photographs. Photographs can be hugely influential in shaping our ideas about ourselves, other people and the wider world. However, the pictures we see do not always tell the whole story. Images in the media can often be one-sided or perpetuate negative
stereotypes. So visual literacy is arguably as important to learners as text literacy. The following activity gets learners questioning photographs (or artefacts), as well as their own assumptions about them.

1.5—Homework: Each student finds one of the global issues and try to find their solution to the problem.
