PROBLEMS OF THE FIGHT AGAINST ILLEGAL TRAFFICKING OF COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS

Abstract. This article discusses the problems of combating counterfeit products. The fight against counterfeit products is one of the most important issues in the field of protection of intellectual property rights. Turnover of counterfeit goods harms the country's economy and undermines the credibility of the manufacturer. As part of the study, the author concludes that the strengthening of the fight against trafficking in counterfeit products is to establish the legal and economic foundations of support for bona fide commodity producers.
