Carlisle terms are simple; Ellen is to assassinate the President in surgery. With both national and personal consequences on the table, the choices between right and wrong become distorted.

Making matters even worse, Nathan’s mom Carol moves in with him, cramping his new single lifestyle.

Newly sober Christy is a waitress at a posh Napa Valley restaurant who is doing her darndest to be a good mom to her two kids and overcome her history of questionable choices. Making her new path of clean living and sobriety more difficult is the reappearance of her mom, who is also a recovering alcoholic and quick to point out Christy’s mistakes. The eccentric cast of dysfunctional characters at her workplace, including her married boss and lover, as well as her irresponsible ex-husband, doesn’t help matters any either.

After being left at the altar, Carter moves into a short-term apartment complex where he unexpectedly falls in with a group of single guys who are not bashful about imparting their brand of wisdom about the opposite sex to the new guy. After all, Frank, a clothing manufacturer is a four-time divorcee; Gil, a small business owner was caught having an affair; and Stuart, the resident OB/GYN is on his second divorce. Carter couldn’t have found a better group of role-models to help him get back into the world of dating –- not!

Gabriel is this generation’s “Six Million Dollar Man” (with a little “Chuck” thrown in), a high-tech intelligence operative enhanced with a super-computer microchip in his brain, enabling him to connect to the worldwide information grid with complete access to WiFi, telephone and satellite data. He is the most valuable piece of technology the country has ever created and is its secret weapon against foreign and domestic threats (and way more than six million dollars). An elite government cyber-security agency called Cybercom has been tasked with protecting Gabriel from his enemies as well as from his own reckless behavior.
