and procedures aimed at ensuring compliance of activities with competition law, 
identifying the risks of violations and their prevention. 
The main tasks of the integrated antitrust system are: 
- identification and assessment of potential risks of violation of the 
requirements of antimonopoly legislation and its management; 
- ensuring and monitoring the compliance of the activities of government 
bodies, local executive bodies and economic entities with the requirements of 
competition legislation; 
- prevention of violations of the requirements of the legislation on competition 
in the activities of government bodies, local executive bodies and business entities, 
as well as anti-competitive actions of their leaders in the performance of their duties; 
- assessment and ensuring the effectiveness of the comprehensive 
antimonopoly system in public administration, local executive bodies and business; 
- Developing views on antimonopoly legislation by training employees of the 
state administration, local executive bodies and business entities to prevent 
violations of the requirements of antimonopoly legislation and regularly improve 
their qualifications in this area.
