As we can see in these pictures, process 1 started by picking ripe tomatoes and putting them in baskets, then these harvested tomatoes are separated into good and bad varieties. After that, the sorted tomatoes are sent to the factory. In the next process it is removed the skin, seeds and stem of the tomatoes. Then they are poured into a large container and crushed. Aften being crushed, sugar, vinegar and salt are added to it and boiled. Then, boiled ketchup is left for two hours. As for the next process, preparer ketchups are is poured into jar and labeled. After this process, the ketchups undergoes quality control. And the final process, ketchups is put into large carboard boxes and delivered to shops or markets.As well as they are mainly eaten with hamburgers and fries.
