RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
This position is responsible for the day-to-day design implementation and monitoring of all TUSA Safety & Loss Prevention Programs.
(50%) Fraud / Embezzlement Analysis
-
Analyze store data utilizing relational database resources and exception based reports.

Utilize current TUSA CCTV Virtual application: (Order Exceptions, Cash, Food and Labor)
-
Draft or create reports that provide an accurate assessment of the audit area, including identification of probable manipulation or internal theft. Recommend feasible solutions to problems identified.

Communicate findings / suspicions of internal manipulation and related recommendations with Marketplace Management team for follow-up investigative actions.

Perform additional analysis as necessary to assist in effectively remove suspect team members.

Create logically compiled spreadsheets and manually generated report documentation outlining the suspect transactional information involving data manipulation and/or theft for Marketplace Management. Such documentation will be used in some cases to criminally prosecute responsible Team Members.

Support /Assist TUSA Safety and Loss Prevention manager with gathering, compiling and analyzing detailed information pertaining to matters of fraud.

Support /Assist Field Accounting with gathering and investigating questionable fraud matters pertaining to check and credit card fraud.

Document processes and control points of audit process and reporting tools.

Conduct audit of selected loss prevention programs and related areas of the business to evaluate the design and effectiveness of key controls.

Develop and assist in implementation of recommendations to improve loss prevention internal controls and operating processes.

Develop and maintain Domino’s TUSA store safety programs and policies

Research and develop safety and security incentive, injury prevention and other health and safety related programs

Review and make suggestions on new products/procedures (uniforms, utensils, floor tiles, etc.)

Oversee the Safe Driver Awards program

Manage TUSA Allocation Program

Manage Bi-Annual Vehicle Inspection Program

Develop current SRS Program
Develop and maintain Domino’s SCC Division *(evolve this position to assist SCC)

Update and implement new and existing safety policies and procedures
-
Communicate subject matter to general managers, safety coordinators and leaders
-
Prepare and implement training and policies in the areas of injury prevention environmental and life safety issues.
-
Design and conduct SCC Leadership and safety coordinator training
-
Prepare and direct Safety Advisory Board meetings and activities
-
Track OSHA compliance reporting (injury investigations, logs, etc)
-
Approve safety program payouts
Collect, analyze and interpret accident statistics
-
Maintain and track injury investigation program compliance
-
Identify trends and implement accident reduction procedures
Collaborate with People First and assist with the MVR program
-
Assure success of new hire, re-run and franchise MVR programs
-
Research, evaluate and process marketplace requests for Driver Exception Agreements
-
Act as a primary resource for complicated safety issues
-
Complete studies and make standard recommendations
Monitor state and federal safety regulations and advise management of procedures that must be implemented to ensure compliance

Manage OSHA record keeping
-
Evaluate state and federal OSHA laws for impact on DPLLC
-
Work with Department of Health, Fire Marshal and OSHA representatives
Provide input, support, and leadership in all safety matters to all Domino’s Pizza corporate; franchise operations and department entities
-
Write articles and coordinate with Communications to ensure they are included in the The Rush, Fast Facts and Operation’s Updates. Complete text for the Safety and Security Special Editions of the MCO Spotlight, NTO Material, Safe Driving Hour Program and monthly safety topics.

QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field
-
In depth knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
-
8-10 years experience in safety and industrial health
-
Clear understanding of worker’s compensation laws and claims handling
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills
