  All reservations must be guaranteed with credit card details or a one-night charge. Guaranteed reservations will be blocked until noon on the following day of the confirmed arrival.

  All guaranteed guest rooms, which are not cancelled within 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, or a no-show situation is subject to charge. Charges equivalent to one night of the agreed room rate will be imposed for no-show rooms. The one-night room deposit guarantee will be forfeited for each room cancellation or no-show. Space for subsequent nights will be released for general sale.

  Official check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time at 1200 hours the day of departure. The Hotel will make every effort to accommodate guests arriving before 1400 hours. However, to guarantee early check-ins, the room must be reserved for the night prior to the guest arrival. Late check-out after 1200 hours is upon request and is subject to availability. A half-day charge is applicable for late check-outs till 1800 hours. Room occupied beyond 1800 hours will be charged at full rate.
